Great little restaurant near our hotel Food was excellent and staff super friendly

Everything was perfect! The dishes are amazingly tasty. The service is great. Definitely recommend it as one of the best places in the town!

This Restaurant is so much the BEST one on the Island and in the area. Just down the road from the Hotel, with Great Sardina Charm. Dont get me started on the Food 10 Stars, 1ST class. Prices are Good too. I usually try a different restaurant everyday on the Hoildays but I will stick with this one. You just have to make this the one to try is this town.

We had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and full of flavor, clearly made with fresh ingredients and care. One thing that really stood out was how quickly they served our dishes — everything arrived promptly, which is always appreciated, especially when you’re hungry! The staff was attentive and efficient throughout our visit. They were quick to respond to any requests and made sure we were comfortable. What’s more, they spoke English well, which isn’t something you come across very often in this region. This definitely made ordering and communicating much easier and more enjoyable for us as non-native speakers. The menu is designed around multiple courses, so some the portions tend to be on the smaller side. Because of this, you might not leave feeling completely full unless you order something more substantial like a pizza, which they offer and is more filling or go with the first and second course. It’s a great option if you want a heartier meal. Some of the seafood dishes could also benefit from a bit more generous portions of seafood, but the flavors were still enjoyable. A standout item was the tiramisù — it was absolutely delicious and very fresh. We highly recommend trying it if you get the chance. It’s a perfect way to finish the meal on a sweet note. The only downside was that when we visited around 8 p.m., there were quite a few flies buzzing around, which was a bit distracting. Hopefully, this is just a seasonal thing or something they can improve on. As for prices, they were quite reasonable and fair given the quality of the food and service. Overall, this is a solid choice if you’re in the area and looking for good food served quickly by friendly staff who speak English.

Wooooooooowwwww!!! Every single dish we had was absolutely delicious!! The staff was warm and welcoming. The restaurant was bright, clean, and airy. Every party who walked up was greeted warmly. We had dinner on the beautiful patio and the ambiance was incredible- there was a warmth that only comes from delicious food and impeccable service. Thank you, La Lanterna for a wonderful evening!

We really enjoyed our experience here! The food was delicious and the service was pleasant. Compared to other more “highly rated” restaurants in the area this was a much nicer meal in a similar price range with significantly better service. The scampi tagliatelle was excellent with a delicious garlic cream sauce! Would recommend to those in the area - thank you!

It is the best restaurant in Sardinia. They had a menu that provided enough protein to balance the overload of carbs usually in a Italian place. Reservations are useful though they were kind enough to seat everyone without one. I liked the staff.
